The FLYT Framework
Take Flyt 101 makes the lessons of experience easier to use. The FLYT Framework brings that idea into focus: Footing, Leverage, Your Worth and Ties—four areas to consider when you’re making your next move.
Why I Created FLYT
I learned that ability alone doesn’t explain who gets ahead. Access to guidance, relationships and the unwritten rules matters, too. Take Flyt 101 grew from that observation and from the lessons behind Reality Check. FLYT turns those lessons into questions you can use to reflect, prepare and act.

Y: Your Worth

T: Ties
